Who we share your data with
We only pass on your personal data to other parties, if this is necessary for the purpose for which you have provided us your data. The parties to whom we provide data are:
- The coordinator of the Runner’s World Pacing team if you want to be deployed as a pacer for the Runner’s World PacingTeam at the relevant running event and you provided us with your personal data for that purpose.
- The coordinator of the pacing team for a running event team if you have provided us with your personal data in order to be deployed as a pacer for that running event.
- The organizer of a running event when you have provided us with your personal data in order to be deployed as a pacer at the relevant running event and we assemble the team and arrange the registration without the intervention of a third party.
How we protect your data
We have taken the following measures to protect your personal data:

- We send your data via a secure internet connection. You can see this in the address bar “https” and the padlock in the address bar.
- We keep our website and the systems behind it (WordPress and plugins) up to date.If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via the contact form on our website
